At ZipFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
